1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" means the 555nn website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who registers and uses the platform.
• "Account" means a member's personal registered account on 555nn.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, credit, or reward provided by 555nn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The plural includes the singular and vice versa. In case of doubt, 555nn's interpretation shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to 555nn immediately.
• Using an account on behalf of a third party or placing bets for others is not permitted.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

555nn may request documents to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in restriction or suspension of account functionality.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the 555nn platform:

3.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Funds related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

3.3 Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions

If evidence of fraud, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions is found, 555nn may immediately suspend the associated account and hold all funds.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposited funds.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A member may not claim the same bonus offer more than once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• 555nn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• If a breach of bonus terms is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• If an attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is detected, both accounts will be closed.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

555nn follows SSL encryption and fair play principles to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently verifiable.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Separate terms apply to VIP benefits and cashback details, and 555nn reserves the right to modify this program at any time.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse.
• Breach of the age requirement.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. All pending transactions must be completed before the account is closed, and any withdrawable balance will be paid out.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

555nn may take action regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with its own policy. Members will be notified in advance of any likely action.
